PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The LogEase Observability Monitoring Platform(GuanChaYi) is an independently developed monitoring platform by LogEase, which is capable of analyzing application systems from four dimensions: business, service, interface and device.
After integrating basic monitoring metrics and business analysis log data, it presents comprehensive and accurate observability content by sorting out the dependency relationships at the business level, helping customers understand and monitor the running status of application systems in real time. GuanChaYi strengthens the correlation among the three pillars of observability: logs, traces and metrics, thereby reducing the time to discover and solve problems.

Metric Exploration
Use the metric exploration feature of GuanChaYi to query, analyze and visualize time-series data with single-metric multi-dimensional analysis (such as average, maximum, minimum, etc.) or multi-metric multi-dimensional analysis
Tracing
By integrating with trace logs, GuanChaYi can achieve business tracing data. Through GuanChaYi’s topology diagrams, historical tracebacks and trend charts for metrics, you can understand business details and quickly find root cause.
Operation Monitoring
GuanChaYi monitors application systems from dimensions such as business, services, interfaces and devices, and conducts overall status analysis to achieve more comprehensive system observability.
Fault Localization
GuanChaYi provides standard starting points or charts to assist operations personnel in troubleshooting, and traces from overviews to details of business, services, interfaces and devices. By combining span information from the call chain or other log information, it enables the localization of fault causes.
